We will organize logistics, catering, cleaning, waste disposal and security services for you. Benefit from our professional service, the short communication channels and the modern infrastructure of NürnbergMesse.
Our services for your exhibition stand:
- Logistics: help with loading and unloading, expert advice on customs issues, storage space for empty or full containers, complete transportation to and from the exhibition on request.
- Catering: regardless of the scale – we organize equipment and skilled staff.
- Security: trained security staff protect your stand during assembly and dismantling and/or throughout the exhibition.
- Cleaning: every day of the exhibition.
- Waste disposal: professional disposal of disposable crockery, carpets or toxic waste.
- Car parks: parking right at the exhibition venue with permanent parking permits at favourable conditions.
- Underground railway connection: direct connection from the exhibition venue to the train station, airport or city centre at 5 minute intervals.
Our catering ServicePartner Lehrieder offers catering vouchers of EUR 10 and EUR 5, which you can use to invite your customers to a free lunch or snack: the desired number can be ordered directly from Lehrieder and will then be sent by post. The vouchers can be redeemed at the catering area in hall 4A and in the restaurant in hall 4 - except for the catering area for congress and seminar participants.
Please note that no difference will be paid out on-site and no return of unredeemed vouchers is possible after the end of the exhibition. When ordering the vouchers, a processing fee of EUR 65 net will be charged. You will receive the invoice together with the ordered vouchers. The payment term is eight days.
