New highlights in FeuerTrutz 2024 supporting programme

In three weeks’ time, the international fire protection sector will once again head to Nuremberg for a special highlight in the annual calendar of events. On 26-27 June 2024 FeuerTrutz, International Trade Fair for Preventive Fire Protection, will present new and fascinating solutions for trends and challenges in passive, active and organizational fire protection. And not only at the exhibitors’ stands: The supporting programme will also be a winner this year with an even broader range and new highlights.

The combination of professional development, experience and opportunities to network offered by the FeuerTrutz supporting programme is what makes this trade fair a visitor magnet year after year for fire protection experts from throughout Europe. Once again in 2024 the trade fair organizers, NürnbergMesse and RM Rudolf Müller Medien, have added new highlights in order to position FeuerTrutz as a future-oriented industry platform that provides the best answers to the challenges facing the sector.

NEW: NEEXT FUTURE FORUM

In the afternoon of 26 June, the trade forum for exhibitors will focus on the key question of “What do we need to change today to be successful tomorrow?” Two panel discussions will be held that afternoon, arranged in collaboration with neext, a communication platform for new market perspectives: “Urban density & the vertical city – new build vs. existing buildings” and “Corporate & urban security – security factors in uncertain times”, in addition to a one-hour workshop on Fire Protection in Transformation. The goal of neext is to investigate the status quo and shape a competitive future based on the power of society, the economy and industry to innovate and design.

NEW: International pavilion startups@FeuerTrutz

In previous years, participation in FeuerTrutz via the sponsored pavilion “Innovation made in Germany” was available only to young, innovative companies in Germany. Since FeuerTrutz is growing increasingly international, it now offers a new pavilion, startups@FeuerTrutz, which enables both German and international start-ups to introduce themselves to the professional public at especially favourable rates.

Back after a successful premiere: Forum by asecos academy and A PRACTICAL GUIDE TO DIGITISATION

Two new trade forums enjoyed such a successful launch in 2023 that they are being continued as a fixed component of the supporting programme in 2024. On both days of the event, the forum by asecos academy will offer fascinating background knowledge on the safe and correct handling of hazardous materials and an impressive live experiment that will clearly demonstrate the risks posed by incorrect storage of hazardous materials. And at the forum A PRACTICAL GUIDE TO DIGITISATION, visitors can once again look forward to a fascinating combination of power interviews, practical dialogues and product presentations on all aspects of digitalization in the trades.

Further highlights of the FeuerTrutz supporting programme

The Fire Protection EXPERIENCE, offering fascinating fire protection demonstrations in the large outdoor presentation area and at individual trade fair stands indoors, will once again be one of the highlights at FeuerTrutz this year. Other familiar features are the Training & Career Meeting Point, where specialists in training and professional development will give presentations, and the Exhibitor Forum, where exhibitors take the stage and report on their innovations in fire protection. In addition, the FeuerTrutz After Work, starting at 17:30 on the first day of the trade fair, will provide a convivial get-together and networking opportunities in a relaxed atmosphere at the Max Morlock Stadium, and will include transmission of the European Championship. The extensive programme covering all aspects of FeuerTrutz will be rounded out by the Fire Protection Congress, being held in parallel with the Trade Fair, and three compact seminars on the most important areas of active fire protection, both of these organized by RM Rudolf Müller Medien.
