In just a few days, FeuerTrutz 2026 will open its doors—once again making Nuremberg the meeting place for the fire protection industry. On 24 and 25 June, this combination of trade show and conference will offer a concise update on the latest developments in preventive fire protection.
The focus is on topics that are currently shaping the industry: dealing with new construction methods such as timber construction, unresolved issues regarding structural analysis and fire protection concepts, and the growing influence of digitalization and artificial intelligence. This also includes new risk scenarios—such as those posed by photovoltaic systems or lithium-ion technologies.
A Brief Market Overview
The approximately 250 exhibitors at FeuerTrutz cover the entire spectrum of preventive fire protection with their offerings—from structural solutions and building systems to organizational measures. This gives trade visitors the opportunity to gain a structured overview of the market in a short amount of time and to compare specific solutions.
At the same time, the Fire Protection Congress addresses current issues with more than 40 expert presentations. The focus is on practical content related to special-purpose buildings, existing buildings, regulatory requirements, and new technical developments.
At the exhibitors’ booths and in the special exhibition areas, visitors can experience what they’ve learned in action. Live demonstrations and presentations—for example, as part of the “FIRE SAFETY EXPERIENCE”—showcase solutions in action.
The program is complemented by 69 presentations, panel discussions, and networking sessions in three expert forums and in new areas such as the “ZUKUNFTSRAUM.” This space addresses topics such as digitalization, recruiting skilled workers, and structural changes in the industry.
High density as an added value
This makes FeuerTrutz 2026 a key opportunity to assess the state of an industry in transition—navigating regulatory requirements, technological developments, and a growing need for coordination in practice.
The complexity of fire protection remains high, but it must also become more understandable, applicable, and practical. As the industry’s central platform, FeuerTrutz provides precisely the setting in which knowledge can be structured, experiences exchanged, and requirements for daily application made clearer.
For many visitors, the added value lies precisely in this concentration: a focused insight into current developments that can be gained within two days.
