Programme 2024
Power interview: BIM - these are the skills you need!
Incorrect, missing or insufficient information can lead to planning errors. This results in unnecessary cost and deadline overruns. The use of Building Information Modelling (BIM) can counteract this. This requires planners and contractors to have specialised knowledge. Appropriate proof of expertise is already required in tenders. The introduction of BIM and working with this planning method requires contractors and their teams to be willing to develop and learn.
In this interview, comprehensible practical examples are used to explain how you can obtain the right skills, set BIM goals, determine management and employee responsibilities and "master" the choice of suitable software and much more with the help of targeted training.
